Our limited warranty does not extend to the following situations:
- Damage to the products - including accidents or collisions
- Improper maintenance or evidence of neglecting ongoing maintenance
- Tampering of the product by a third-party
- Products supplied by the customer
Should you require a service request and one of the above situations applies, we will charge a service fee as well as any required charges for parts and labor.
